The ketogenic diet has been my way of life for a while now. It has allowed me to eat a variety of foods that I enjoy and take the weight off with no exercise on my part. I know I should be exercising but I have a busy life.
Now, if you’ve not heard of keto (do you live under a rock? lol) and you are just stumbling into it through my blog, be sure to check out my keto section and see how you can change your life too.

For those that are familiar with keto, and lead busy lifestyles like me, you may not have the opportunity to grab a full meal.
On a keto diet, one of the first rules you need to follow is keeping up with your macros. While we get to eat great foods, when we aren’t eating a full meal, you probably aren’t fulfilling your macro requirements. This is where keto approved snacks and fat bombs need to be accessible.
Why fat bombs? Fats are a major component of the keto diet and one of the hardest requirements to fill when is comes to macros.
However, fat bombs can also be dangerous to your plan as they are easy to go overboard eating because they are so good with amazing flavors like keto cream cheese balls to fat bomb mousse.
The Ultimate List of Fat Bombs
If you’re struggling with fats and hitting your macros, having fat bombs on hand will up your keto game.
On keto, you need to consume fat and fat bombs give you that boost in consumption and meet those macros. You need to eat more fat than anything. Fat bombs give you a big boost of fat that you are going to need.
I’ve compiled the fat bomb recipes below that all taste great, are amazingly simple, and are great for all of us on the go.

Fat bombs will keep you fuller for longer, keep your carb cravings away, and contain a healthy dose of coconut oil. Ginger fat bombs are a fresh alternative to many heavy fat bombs out there. The ginger adds a lovely zing, and the coconut oil helps you feel fuller for longer (and helps stop those sweet cravings).
